Nanny Requirements

Safety & Screening
CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to complete)
Comprehensive background check + personality assessment (where applicable)

Professional Experience
A minimum of 5 years of professional childcare experience
3-5 verifiable professional references
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Communication & Education
Strong English communication skills, bilingual a plus!
Associate, Bachelor, or higher degree preferred, not required

Professional Presentation
A polished, up‑to‑date resume, cover letter, or CV
